Pact Inc is a U.S. based non-profit organizations with programs in 23 countries around the world. The Pact Nigeria office opened in May 2005 with the signing of a five-year cooperative agreement with USAID to manage the Advocacy, Awareness, and Civic Empowerment (ADVANCE) project. And in
August 2009, Pact Nigeria increased its portfolio in Nigeria with the signing of another
five-year cooperative agreement with USAID to build capacities of CBO,s through the Rapid and Effective Action Combating HIV/AIDS
(REACH) Project. |
Pact Nigeria supports civil society organizations to develop an effective anti corruption strategy and to
increase their effectiveness in advocating for key policy reforms, especially in the areas of budget
transparency, access to information and judicial oversight.
